Hi Everyone.  Thank you for visiting my shop!  So why did I create Heart Hug Gifts?  I'll tell you.

As a mindset and weight loss coach for women, I've had the privilege of witnessing incredible transformations. I've seen firsthand how shifting your mindset can completely change the direction of your life. But I've also realized that this journey isn't always easy. It's filled with ups and downs, self-doubt, and moments when you feel like giving up.

This is why I created Heart Hug Gifts. I wanted to offer women a tangible symbol of hope, kindness, and validation during their personal growth journey. Each gift is carefully created to remind you of your worth, potential, and resilience.
